Oh FFS - why be dicks?

I have just been on the phone with Vistaprint - I created an invitation to Atti's first birthday (I KNOW it is ridiculous), thinking I would gets some actual pretty physical invitations printed to send to grand parents, great aunts, great-grandma etc, and buy a pdf of the invite from them to email to everyone. I would like to point out that the image I used was not theirs, just the invitation format.

Couldn't find anything other than the print proof in a pdf to purchase. So I rang them. Nope they don't do that. Sorry. I pointed out that they used to. They said no, they just didn't used to have 'proof' written all over their print proof. I said I was happy to pay for a clean proof, that I wasn't trying to steal from them in any way, I just wasn't going to be mailing out physical invitations to everyone, I was going to invite them by email. 

But nope, they don't do that. Suggested I hire a graphic designer to do the invites if I wanted them in pdf. 

I mean really? How stupid are you? A- I already have a copy of the invite, cause I can just right click on it and copy the image. B- I can also email out the proof - do we think my friends are going to care? C - most people will just say 'stuff it' and email round the details, and then you get NO money from me, plus I am snarky at you. D - or I can just scan the bloody thing when it arrives. But actually I don't want to buy anything from you now - so I will buy my family christmas coffee cups with Atti's picture on it from Officeworks instead. 

This is so stupid. Why are they stupid. I am not even a little bit in the mood for stupid today. I have been stupid enough for everyone today, big companies should not be being so stupid that even I can see what is wrong.

So now we have had a couple of sleeps through the night. As in, 8 hours sleep, wake for a quick feed, go back to sleep for another two hours or so.
