I want to do a shout out to a company called 'Mr Optical'
I am so impressed with these guys. I wear glasses or contacts and have been meaning to get some prescription swimming goggles for two terms of swimming classes now. We are getting to the point of dipping the babies underwater for some time, and next term we do stuff like turning them underwater and so on. So we need to be able to see them under. And obviously, I can't.
I just kept forgetting to sort it out. But I have to say, I thought it would cost a couple of hundred dollars. Wow, as it turns out, no. $20 plus >$10 for postage. You just go to their site, plug in your script, order them and within a week they were in my hot little hands. I was a bit stunned by how easy it all was. And they are brilliant - if I was willing to look more stupid than I normally do, I would wear them all the time.
So, way to go Mr Optical. I am now a big fan. Will sing your praises to everyone.
