Need a room

Does anyone have any suggestions for a place my mother's group can get together in wet weather this winter? The bowls club we have been going to has a new board and is basically not willing to open in the mornings anymore. So we need somewhere inside where we can put the bubs down on mats, where we can change them, preferably where we can get a hot drink - or at least where they won't care if we have a drink and some food.

We are all based near Subiaco, but we would be willing to travel a reasonable distance. Oh and I guess we would need parking, given the particulars.

Any thoughts?
