Nice

It is an astonishingly nice feeling when you send an email to your lecturer saying 'you know how last week I told you I was going to have to drop your unit due to this pregnancy. Well actually I would like to drop the other unit and finish yours, cause I think I will do better in yours and find it easier (not the unit, but I have a fair amount of background knowledge in this subject that I don't in the other unit, so easier that way) given my particular issues this semester....and you get an ecstatic email back saying basically 'thank goodness there will be someone in the class to make erudite comments again' and calling me the prodigal.

awesome. Oh, and he cc'd student admin in on the email incase they try to block my 'late' enrolment.

Plus he wants me to bring the baby to class. Hilarious. I love this lecturer.
