So I am up

and thinking I should go for a run while it is still... not stinking hot.

I haven't been for a run for a while actually.

Nah. Will swim this morning, and I have the babymarket (hey, that isn't where I put my chest strap is it?) tomorrow, and I get a hell of a workout doing that... so I think I will let myself off the hook on running for the moment.

concentrate on getting the riding to uni thing going this week. (and some actual study done come to think of it) and riding to work, and keep swimming which will keep my fitness level, well level, in terms of running.

and I will go back to running in a week or so.

so, need to wake the wookie and go to the pool

If you haven't gotten into it, try season 4 episode 10 - hell just up to the opening credits. The whole episode is hilarious but there is a brilliant moment of tv in the opening gambit (as they used to say on McGyver)
