Dear Interwebs....

cannellini beans
chopped tomoatos
onions
bacon
garlic
red wine vinegar
bit of tomato paste
eggs
then a bit of seasoning.
with everything but the eggs I make baked beans. Then we do a couple of eggs on top and that is breakfast - and meets the protein/legumes/vegies ratios quite nicely. But hours later I am still burping it up. Especially when I am exercising.
Any thoughts? would really appreciate the advice, I am considering chucking in the beans at this point, but it is the best balanced breakfast I have been able to come up with so far.
