HELP ME

My mum has bought an android tablet off a website, and is failing to understand that neither the wookie or I use tablets, or are THIS kind of computer literate. For example, if I can't find someone to help her get net nanny off this thing I think her head is going to explode!

Does anyone know how to set up an android tablet and teach someone the basics? I will pay, I will make food, I will clean (well I won't clean but I will send my cleaner in my place) I will babysit.... if you can give her some time and help her set up the few bits she will actually use.
