This tennis match is unreal. 18 minutes so far on this one point (or maybe they mean game). damn federer just broke murray's serve in the third set.

I am listening to the match and watching live results - can't find anywhere to watch it live streamed. which is an irritating way to watch the match.

I was thinking of watching that doco ABC is spruiking about Ian Thorpe.

 

but apparently someone asked him (as a part of that maybe) if he would rather 'do' Helen Clarke or Julia Gillard. I mean, really? And if that wasn't wrong enough (on oh so many levels) apparently his answer was 'Julia provided she didn't talk'.

 

I ... just.... there are no words. well maybe WTF?

Oh and one thing I have learned lately - did you know that Curtin has a midwife school? And that they have a program where they assign a student to you and they will come to all your appointments and the birth and do post-natal care. And fight with your doctor on your behalf - yay!
