So first run with all the new kit. Possibly I should have picked either new shoes or compression pants to really be able to judge each individually, but I really don't think like that, do I?

So my monitor claimed I only burnt 300 kcal - but I assume it was at least 400 based on prior runs and assuming another 10 min of exercise.
