Back in the pool today - it is just too hot to do anything else!
Still increasing the amount of my swim that is freestyle and backstroke, and also increasing the amount I swim.
Stats: D - 31:57, Z 30:08, A - 142, M - 158, C - 281.
Too hard to ride to the new office tomorrow, so I will go for a run in the morning instead.
Speaking of bikes - Bike Force in Subiaco are doing 200 services for free - HBF is sponsoring them (and presumably other bike shops). So give them a call if you want a free service in March.
