Day 11
You know, people really do look at you funny when you are standing in the shopping line, waiting to buy one item. When that item is a cucumber. As I just discovered.
So, I decided to go with the flow yesterday and admit I was stuffed - and so I didn't run. I went home, climbed into bed and read bits of 'the 4 hour body'. And this morning I didn't go running or swimming, but lazed about in bed til 7.30, then got ready and came to work on public transport. And discovered town was brimming over with private school girls (WTF?)
I will ride home tonight, and run tomorrow morning I think.
