The Challenge
Jan. 24th, 2011 05:41 pm It takes three weeks to form new habits, so for the next three weeks (today included) I am setting myself a challenge to do two sets of exercise each day. Such as riding to and from work - both take over a half hour, and I seem to get a pretty good workout.

Tomorrow I am running in the morning, and I think I will ride my bike in the afternoon. I might try to see if I can get as far as Canning Bridge - which is where I will need to ride to if I want to bike/train to uni.
